We have news for you. We never could have imagined how enthusiastically you would embrace our products and order from us. This makes us incredibly proud and happy.

However, our online shop is simply too confusing in its current form. We want and need to make some adjustments. Among other things, we will change the tax settings for our customers from outside the EU so that the local VAT rate of the respective country will apply in the future.

Unfortunately, we can't implement this during ongoing operations. Although we're reluctant to do so, we'll need to undertake a major remodel of the shop.

Therefore, we are suspending shipping between September 26 and October 26. All orders placed by September 21 will be shipped beforehand.

Of course, you can continue ordering as usual, but with the above-mentioned restrictions. This means in detail:

Orders received after September 21st will not be processed and shipped until October 27th.

ATTENTION 🚨: Experience has shown that quite a few orders accumulate during this time. We process them gradually. This does not mean that an order placed on October 1st will automatically be shipped on October 27th. We are doing our best to ship everything as quickly as possible, but ask for your understanding if your delivery doesn't arrive until November 15th or later, depending on our order situation. No one will be forgotten; we process everything in order.
