Clesana PTFE tape

The PTFE bands (also known as Teflon bands) sit over the Clesana C1's welding wire and prevent the hot material from sticking during welding. After approximately 1,500 welds , the anti-stick effect wears off—at which point, both bands should be replaced to ensure clean welds.

The change is straightforward and can easily be done by yourself.

Scope of delivery:

1 set = 2 PTFE tapes

Note: Every new Clesana C1 comes with a set already installed at the factory.
